GRANT, dentist, was born in England in 1825, October 4; came to
America in 1846, and stopped in Livingston County, N. Y., one year,
then to Illinois three years; in Canada from 1852 to 1862, during
which time he went into the study for and practice of dentistry;
thence to Ohio, attending medical lectures at the Starling Medical
College, and left there in 1869 for New York State one year; thence to
Houghton, Mich., eight years; thence two years in Hancock, and from
there to Florence, where he is now in the drug and dental business. |
