Obituary of Henry J. Dollar - July 21, 1978

Henry J. Dollar, 68, Rt 1, Creekview Rd, DePere, died Thursday morning in a Green Bay hospital following a short illness.  Mr. Dollar, who was born Nov. 19, 1909 in the Town of Glenmore to John and Lydia Matzke Dollar, was engaged in farming until his retirement three years ago.  Mr. Dollar and the former Bertha Freeman were married in DePere June 2, 1945.  He was a member of the Catholic Order of Forresters and St Mary Holy Name Society.  Survivors include his wife, Bertha, one son, James, DePere, four daughters, Mrs Larry (Carol) Theys and Mrs Robert (Mary) VerHaagh, both of DePere, Mrs Robert (Sue) Dunks, Green Bay, Miss Fran Dollar, at home, his mother, Mrs. John Dollar, DePere, seven grand children, one brother, Jack, of DePere, five sisters Miss Evelyn, Dollar, Milwaukee, and Mrs Robert (Florence) O'Brien, both of Green Bay; Mrs. Tony (Agnes) Peters, Denmark, Mrs Wilber (Marion ) VanRens, DePere.  His father preceded him in death.  Friends may call at Cotter Funeral Home.  Funeral at St. Mary Church, DePere.  Burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, DePere.
