Floyd L Allen

Graveside services were held Monday, Aug 28, at 2 pm at the Easton Cemetery, for Floyd L Allen, 66, of Garden Plains, Kansas, who was killed in an auto accident, Friday, Aug 23, at Goodard, Kanasa. Rev Louis Bast of Big Flats officiated.

He was born in Easton, Apri 23, 1902, the youngest of four children born to Fred L and Arabelle Nicholls Allen. His parents, a sister, Sylvia Wood, and an infant brother, David, preceded him in death.

He lived in Adams County until 1949, then in Northwest Arkansas two years and since has resided in Sedgewick County, Kansas.

Survivors include his wife, Francis Miller Allen, Kas; a brother, Bert Allen, Easton; and three sons, Roger, Hutchinson, Wendall, at home and Neil, Wichita, and one daughter, Mrs Faith Standley, and 10 grandchildren.
