Arnt HUSBY, age 63, died at North Menomonie, Wis. Nov. 7 (1930). Funeral services were conducted Nov. 10 at the North Menomonie Church.  Rev. S. A. Johnson officiated, assisted by Rev. J. N. Midtlien.

Arnt Husby was born Oct. 6, 1867 in Stjordalen, Norway and came to Menomonie in 1886. He was united in marriage to Ingeborg GRANOIEN in 1890.

Mr. Husby leaves his wife, one daughter, Mrs. O. L. Halvorson of N. Menomonie and three grandchildren, David, Paul and James. $17.40 was given by friends to Missions.

 

NOTE:  According to Digitalarkivet, Arnt Husbymo, age 18, emigrated from Trondheim on April 21, 1886. Destination: Menomonie, Wis. He was on the feeder ship Hero and his passage was paid by someone in America.

Arnt Husby(mo) was son of carpenter Peder Evensen, born in Flå in 1827 and Gjertrud Olsdtr. born in Horg in 1826.

A brother of Arnt, Peter Pedersen, also emigrated with wife Ragna KarolineStrøm from Trondheim and their son Peder.
