Stevens County was created in 1863 from Walla Walla County. Colville is the county seat for Stevens County.

Washington State Archives - Eastern Region Guide to Holdings: Stevens County
The Stevens County Auditors Office in Colville has deed records indexed from 1886. Marriage records indexed from 1889. They will let you search yourself.
The Clerk's office has probate records.
