NORTHWEST REGIONAL BRANCH

Archives building

The Northwest Regional Branch of the Washington State Archives in Bellingham holds records from Snohomish and Island counties, as well as Skagit, San Juan, Whatcom, Clallam and Jefferson.  Court records, land records, real and personal property tax records and school censuses are just a few of the resources available.  A link to a small list of holdings that may be of interest to SnoCo researchers is included at the bottom of this page,as well as a link to the Archives' own web site.

The Center for Pacific Northwest Studies, a companion program directed by Western Washington University, is housed in the Archives' building.
