Hours & General Library Information

10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday
Closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve & Day.

NOTE! Although we rarely ever close during our regular hours, there may be times we cannot find someone to cover the office hours because we are all volunteers.
If you are coming from out of town, PLEASE call and verify that someone will be in the office to help you. With ADVANCE Notice, special Saturday hours may be arranged also for out of town visitors.
Non-members are asked to give a donation for use of the library.

We are very proud of our large collection of genealogy related books and materials. Our library has a large collection of research related materials for the U.S. as well as many foreign countries.
We are especially proud of our Kittitas County genealogy resource materials. They include not only books but card indexes for such things as county obituaries, births, marriages, deaths, and school information. We hope you will visit us to see what we have.

Our Library has two Microsoft Windows computers plus one Apple computer (all with internet access) available for use by members free of charge. Non-members will be charged a fee to use the internet service. Currently Ancestry.com World Edition is available to members as well as access to several other popular genealogy related databases.

Computer print-outs and photocopy charges are posted in the library. The charges posted are as low as costs allow us to charge. These are subject to change if costs necessitate such change.
