Looking for any info on James Edward CRITES, born 04 July 1872 in Greenview, Menard Co, IL and died in a car accident 03 June 1940 and buried in Vancouver, Clark Co, WA. James married Dora Elizabeth FESLER, born 16 Nov. 1876 Argenta, Macon Co, IL, on 15 April 1894. James' parents were Jacob CRITES, born 07 Jan 1840 OH and Eliza Jane HALL, born abt. 1840 near Bath, Summit Co, OH. Dora's parents were Henry FESLER and Eliza ____.

LUSK surname....Back in 1955 a boy name **Wylie/Wiliy LUSK** his Father: Merritt LUSK, Mother: Mildred LUSK, Brother: Mike LUSK....they came to Spokane to visit Anna & Stephen HAMMER on West Boone (My Mom's Grandparents) and my Mother: Marlee Millman was visiting at same time... Wiley and my Mom became good friends and they went on a date that New Year's Night.....they were from Vancouver Wa and owned a Dairy Farm (they signed my Grandparent's Guest Book).....The last my Mother heard of Wylie is that he married someone who looked just like my Mom, had 4 kids, then was divorsed?????? If anybody can help me locate **Wiley**, let me know :) Thanks!

Clarissa (VINCENT)O'Flaherty was born Nov 20, 1842 in MO. She first married Abraham Groshong who drowned. She married James Edward O'FLAHERTY in 1860 and they came to Clark Co., in 1872. James died 26 Aug 1922 in Clark Co., WA and is buried Brush Prairie cem. Their children are Michael b. abt 1862 in IA; Mary b. abt 1864 in IA, married Isaac GILLIHAN in Clark Co., WA in 1882; James W. b. abt 1868 in IA; Olive b. May 1870 died Dec 1888 buried Brush Prairie cem. William; Rufus; Henry b. 1877 in WA and Maud married Homer Winters MILLER. Would like death date and burial place for Clarissa and any info on their children.

Elsie Marie (Jensen) Hansen died in Woodland, Clark, WA in 1942. She was born in Tinning, Denmark. She married Hans Hansen 18 Aug 1883. Alfred, Julius & Anna Hansen were her children. I would like information from her death certificate and/or obit. sent to me. Many thanks to anyone who could help.

Looking for the family of Thomas GEIGER born in PA 25 Nov 1832 the son of John GEIGER and Margaret MCADAMS. Was known to have gone "west" as a young adult and a great aunt saw is grave in Washington but never wrote down where. A daughter, Louise GEIGER sent a post card from Woodland, WA postmarked Oct. 27, 1911 to my great-grandmother so we think they were in that area. Does anyone know this family?

YEAGER, JAMES MONROE m. JACOBSON, SELMA AUGUSTA. They had a daughter, Evelyn Gertrude Yeager, born in 1912, in Vancouver, Washington. James and Selma died when Evelyn was quite young and she was raised by her Yeager grandparents in Vancouver. I have no other information, other than her cousin Gertrude, married Rudy Luepke, and the family still lives in Vancouver. Any information would be appreciated. Evelyn married Eddy Bowen and eventually moved to California (Vallejo).

BYARS, HUFF: Jefferson HUFF and his son-in-law Irijah BYARS both entered Donation Land Claims on the Lewis River, Clark County, Washington Territory in 1853. By 1856 they had moved closer to Portland. A biography says that Jefferson HUFF was the first representative to the Territorial Legislature. Does anyone have any further information on these families? Thank you

Born to Dorothy G. Stanley of Vancouver, WA who was about 16 or 17 at the time, which was March 1922. Her Brother Albert was later a mayor of Vancouver. Her Mother was a Lothian. We have reason to believe that my biological father may have been a Hotchkiss who was drowned about that time.

WILLIAM ROHEN Descendents: William was born Nov 5,1870 and died Nov 30, 1955. He lived in Vancouver, Clark County, with his wife Lucy (Lockart)Rohen and their two children Doris HENDERSON, and Robert ROHEN. Robert was a maintanence man at a lumber mill and possibly lived in Portland in 1954. He has a son David born about 1948. William and Lucy lived at 400 East Twenty-second Street and he worked as an engineer for Vancouver Plywood Company since 1929.
