It should be noted that Town Clerks as a rule no longer will perform research but will assist researchers when they visit the town offices.

Excerpt from Child's 1887 Gazetteer
The museum is located above the police station, across from the post office. Exhibits include printing items, the complete
3-generation (early 1900s) Leonard's Drug Store and soda fountain, barber shop, three period rooms, an early pipe organ,
Justin Morgan's gravestone, farm tools, trade signs, band instruments, and bicycles.
Hours and Admission: May - October: 3rd Sunday, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm; also open Fourth of July; or by appointment.
Census reporting ends with the 1820 census. There were over 50 separate items of data gathered in the 1830 census. That fact and that names are not in alphabetical order make it impractical to report later years.
