Our New Home is now open on
Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00
PM! With our new building, we can do much more to uncover, record, preserve and share Surry's unique history and help you with your research. We still need your help to meet our goals, however. The Surry County Historical Society and Museums, Inc. is operated by volunteers. There is no paid staff. YOUR DONATIONS pay operating expenses and fund special projects such as Rogers Store and the Captain John Smith Ferry Deckhouse restoration. Please help us so we can help you! |
