Division D Block 11 holds two 18ft by 18ft family sections. Each family section has space for at least ten adult graves and these adult size spaces are numbered (for the purpose of our inventory) one through ten.

The space numbers in the lists below refer to the location of the grave marker and not necessarily the location of the body. Sometimes a grave marker sits in between two spaces and is labeled to reflect that (e.g. 1/2 sits in the middle of space 1 and space 2). The marker may have been originally placed in that location or shifted to that area due to soil erosion. If a grave marker holds more than one name we have not attempted to guess which space holds which body unless a footstone or other evidence makes the placement clear. It is common to find two or three markers in one "grave" space, especially where children have been buried.

NOTE: All stones in this area have been badly damaged by grass cutting equipment.
NOTE: On 11/20/1906 a deed (DB 19/213) was issued to W. C. Webb for "1/2 section No. 1 Div D Blk 9" with a note that this location was previously numbered #129. The dimensions given are 9 ft N/S and 18 ft E/W. Since only the family of J. M. Smith are buried at Blk 9, and William C. Webb and his family are buried here at Blk 11, I suspect a clerical error in recording or copying the deed (such errors are not uncommon).
NOTE: City Cemetery Database records G. M. Ferguson buried at Grv 8. No date of death is given.
NOTE: Theresa Ferguson appears in City Cemetery Database as buried at DivD Blk1 Sec2 Grv6--an obvious error.
NOTE: Little Charlie Ferguson d. 1837 does not appear in the City Cemetery Database. I found his fallen
headstone personally in the pathway completely covered by sod when investigating what I believed to be a small footstone. The sod rolled back like carpet and little Charlie was found.
