pneumonia, in the 74th year of his age.  He is survived by his wife, and a sister, Mrs Jno W Morgan, of

near this place.  Mr Nofsinger was a good citizen, an upright and honorable man, and was held in high

esteem by all who knew him.  He was well known for his liberal charity, and none was ever turned empty

away who needed his assistance.  His remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at Mill Creek church on

Sunday, the 11th instant, at 11 a.m., Rev W Y cline, of the Lutheran church, conducting the funeral services.

The very large attendance of friends and acquaintances, many from remote sections of the county, present
