There are many stories about Native American heritage and history. Each Nation had their own histories. If you would want to share these stories with others please contact me and I will make a page to this site to share them with our readers. The People kept their records by word of mouth and did not write history down but told the history to the ones entrusted with the stories of the Nation. They were "keepers of the stories" that spent their life learning from their Elders so that they could pass it on. This is how they kept the records of the people. From the Elders.
