Novogorod Seversk uyesd Jewish Residents

Lists of Jewish residents (including year of birth) in Novogrod Seversk uyezd has been created. The original lists were made in 1882, 1888 and 1910.

Notes
Based on the law of May 3, 1882 all Jews not residing in shtetls (small towns where they were allowed to live), but residing in villages outside the towns were to be listed, in order to be deported if they had no permits or properties, or employment, et cetera.

The file includes only residents of Novgorod-Seversk uyezd (district) NOT residing in the town of Nogorod-Seversk itself.
