I'm comparing mine with the listings at Ancestry.com, so there may be some variations in names and spellings, should you compare. Also, if I was unsure which of two spellings was correct, I indexed both, so you might notice some repetitions. You will be more successful if you're loose in your search. I noticed that especially "r" and "v" were confused with one another, as was "p" with "f", and "s" with "z". The census takers often did not know how to spell well, so, for instance, "Juanita" is often spelled "Junita". Keep it loose, and happy hunting. - Teresa Stewart Sitz
