Civil War Veterans' Tombstone Photos Project

Our goal is to place on these pages, tombstone photos of all the Civil War veterans who are buried in Van Zandt County. This is an ambitious program and will take time. We are beginning with only a few but we will gratefully accept any contributions to this page. We are also placing historical markers on the pages. Some will have veterans' photos, some will not yet have them. We will place them as we obtain them. Just email Sibyl for instructions. Your submissions will be invaluable to researchers who can't visit Van Zandt County.
