Dr. Gerald Mann, pastor, officiated. Burial was in West Gate Cemetery. Mr. Markham died Sunday it West Gate Hospital following a long illness. He was born Sept. 3 1890, in Holland Texas., and moved to Hereford in 1950 from Tulia, where he was a farmer. He was married Dec. 27, 1922. A veteran of World War I, he was a member of the Hereford First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Irene; two sons, Frank B. of Bronough, Mo., and Charles A. of Corpus Christi; three daughters M r s. James E. Higgins of Hereford, Mrs. Robert Raymond of Tulia, and Mrs. Jim Spencer of Odessa; one brother, W. W. Markham of Cameron; one sister, Mrs. Seth Waddill of White Deer; and seven grandchildren.
