Services for H. Rex Aycock, 94, of Tulia will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jesse Hodge, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under direction of Wallace Funeral Home.  Aycock died Sunday, Sept. 14, 1997, in Lubbock.  He was born April 30, 1903, in Bell County. He moved to Tulia in 1929, and married Luella Woodward on May 16, 1932, in Portales, N.M.  He was a member of the Tulia Volunteer Fire Department and the First United Methodist Church of Tulia. He was a 50-year member of Tulia Masonic Lodge No. 733 A.F. & A.M. He also was a York Rite Mason.  He was a farmer and worked in insurance and real estate.  His wife preceded him in death on April 1, 1997.  Survivors include two sons, Robert Rex Aycock and Charles Franklin Aycock, both of Lubbock; four sisters, Lucille Wood, Eunice McPherson, Opal Harris and Ernestine Beacher, all of Lubbock; a brother, Hobson Aycock of Lubbock; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services for Opal Blanche Crow, 90, of Tulia will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Willis Blair, pastor of First Baptist Church in Hatch, N.M., officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under direction of Wallace Funeral Home.  Crow died Saturday, Sept., 13, 1997, in Lubbock.  She was born Aug. 1, 1907, in Haskell County. She moved to Tulia in 1922, where she attended school. On Oct. 24, 1947, she married D.D. ``Buster'' Crow in Dimmitt.  She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. Her husband Preceded her in death June 9, 1995.  Survivors include a sister, Pearl West, of Dumas.

Services for Gene Hickman, 75, of Tulia will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Andy and Janell Blair officiating.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under direction of Wallace Funeral Home.  Hickman died Sunday, Sept. 28, 1997, in his home.  He was born Nov. 5, 1921, in Swisher County. He attended schools in Flint and Kress. Hickman began farming in 1935, served in the Navy during World War II and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  Hickman returned to Tulia and worked as a contractor and builder before starting to farm again in 1953. He retired in 1986. He married Bettie Carroll on Nov. 16, 1946, in Clovis, N.M.  He was preceded in death by one grandson, Timothy Kyle Sanders.   Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Marsha Sanders of Tulia and Jo Briley of Gardendale; his mother, Iva Hickman Payne of Tulia; two sisters, Lou Hardy of Tulia and Anna Lee Schuster of Tucumcari, N.M.; and two granddaughters.
