I am trying to locate a burial site for my GGrandfather, John Caleb Bussey b.23 Aug 1842 at Fort Deposit, Lowdes Co, Alabama d. 11 Jan 1877 at Whitt, Parker Co, Texas from injuries in the Civil War. I would like to find a death or cemetery record for my gr grandmother, Martha Houston, born 1840 TN. She was on the 1870 census in Denton Co.TX with her husband, Curtis B. Houston,their two children, and her Hodges children. Curtis was on the 1880 census in PARKER CO. with a new wife that he had married in 1875. I have been unable to find a cemetery record for Martha in Denton Co. and do hope someone can help me find it in Parker Co.

I am looking for any information about William F. Pierce, who married Lucy A. Ensey/Enzy in PARKER County in 1879. Lived in Parker Co. through 1900 census. These are my ggrandparents. Also my gggrandparents were Thomas Jefferson Womack and Eliza Jane Angelina Ensey, who lived in PARKER county. I believe he is buried in the Pooleville cemetery. Any info on Dennis Culpepper Ensey would be welcome.

I am looking for the burial places of my great great grandparents, Margarite Humphries she lived in Parker County with my great-grandparents in the 1910 census. I am also trying to find her date of death. I am also looking for the date of death for James Meredith. I believe he is also buried in Parker County. I am very interested in getting information on James M. Taylor and his family living in Parker County from 1861 or so until about 1890. His wife was Eliza, and his sons were S. P. R. Taylor and Green Berry Taylor. He was a blacksmith operating on S. Main for many years. He is my great-great grandfather.

Texas Scholastics 1854-1855 by Heritage Books, Inc lists the school children of John HOLT in District #10 in Ellis Co., TX These children were: Frances, James, Mary and Thomas.
