Dolores Aleene (Spann-Wilson)
Southerland was born January 18, 1918 in Gladewater, Texas; the
daughter of Jesse Spann & Nancy (Litchfield) Spann-Wilson of Lone
Oak, Texas; Mrs. Southerland died December 24, 1946 in Dallas,
Texas. She was the wife of Jesse E. Southerland, married September
23, 1932 in Cookville, Texas. Their children are Jerry D.
Southerland of Loretto, Texas; Jack W. Southerland and Pat S.
Amerson Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Alan E. Southerland of Laguna Beach,
California; brothers Robert Wilson of Kennedale, Texas; Hollis
Wilson and Tom Wilson, both deceased and a sister Algerine Highsaw,
deceased; 12 grand children and 13 great grand-children. She was a
member of the Church of Christ.
