The Membership Year is from January 1 to December 31. The Membership Fee is $25.00. This includes 9 regular meetings with guest speakers, 1 December Party with the opportunity to share the year's findings, 10 Newsletters, 1 Annual Publication (unlimited free queries in order to make contact with other researchers on the same family line), a published listing of Surnames you are researching, and an Annual all-day workshop with a member's discount.

This publication is circulated in many areas other than our own membership and is a good way to contact others working on the same lines. Also, please submit for publication in the quarterly within the next few months (or check if you have) your Family Pedigree (starts with you, two parents, four grandparents, etc.), Ahnentafel (shows both the maternal and paternal family lines in the same report), and Family Group Sheets (a detailed report about two parents and their children including names, birth, marriage, and death dates and more. Can include photos.)
