Located in Simonsville, Mason County, Texas. It is located in a cyclone wire fence about 250 yards from the county road, that runs between the original homesteads of Adolph Albert and Adolph Jacob Reichenau. It is about 100 feet from the road to Dayton Reichenau’s house.  It is located on Dayton Reichenau’s property which was formerly the homestead of his grandfather Adolph Jacob Reichenau.

Hier Ruht Katherine Reichenau  born May 11, 1830 -  Feb. 13 1877
[This  was the first grave in the cemetery. This in German.  She has a tall tombstone that has been broken and repaired.  Katherine was the first wife of Adolph Albert Reichenau. Katherine Arhelger Reichenau was born to Johann Jakob and Elizabeth Mueller Arhelger and was among the first German settlers in Fredericksburg in 1846.]

[Mary was the child of Emma Reichenau and Adolph Keller. She was buried between her grandmother Katherine and grandfather Adolph Reichenau. ]

Johanna Henrietta Moldenhauer nee Warnke  born Germany- Mother of Johanna Reichenau
 [She was born Nov. 5, 1849 in Germany and died after 1882.  Her grave was marked with a low concrete wall around it but had no stone.  A marker was placed on her grave by her great-great granddaughter,Kay Reichenau Ponder and her husband, Norman on May 29, 2001. ]

Christina Reichenau in unmarked grave
[ Christina was born and died in 1880. She was the oldest child of Adolph and Johanna Moldenhauer Reichenau. This is an unmarked grave. Hugo Robert Reichenau her brother showed the spot to his granddaughter Kay and told her his sister was buried there. It is between  the graves of Katherine Arhelger Reichenau and Johanna Henrietta Moldenhauer. ]

[His dates are wrong on the tombstone. He died in 1904 his birthdate that could be 1822, 1823, or 1824. Johanna Wilhelmina Christina Moldenhauer Reichenau was born in Bilderluhe, Hanover Germany to Christian Conrad and Johanna Henrietta Warnke Moldenhauer.]
