My Father told me that John M. Eaton
is also buried there, but there is no stone.
Elizabeth Eaton was the 1st. wife of
Joseph Asbury Eaton (my GGrandfather)
He and his 2nd. wife Mary
Elizabeth are buried in the Gooch Cemetery at Mason.
I am descended from the first
Elizabeth.
L.C. Turner was Lucinda Catherine
Eaton, daughter of Joseph & 1st. wife.
Laura Davis was sister to Green Davis
who married Joseph's daughter Rachel.
She & my Grandfather David Edward
Eaton were also children of the 1st. wife.
Joseph once owned a good amount
of property at Pontotoc.
