so ordered.
ORDER IN REFERENCE TO SURVEY OF CO. LINE
To the Hon Commissioners Court of Red River County, ---GREETING:---
From
time to time for several years complaints have been made to this Court
by Citizens of Bowie County, of the inability to locate the boundary
lines between the Counties of Red River and Bowie; and so pronounced
has become the demand for a re-survey of the County line between said
Counties that we do not deem it advisable to longer ignore them.
Therefore we respectfully ask of the Commissioners Court of Red River
county an expression as to the desirability of a re-survey of the said
County lines on their part, and respectfully ask that they give us
their views in writing, accompanied by any suggestion of any fact
pertaining thereto, as they see fit.
The
Clerk of this Court is requested to transmit to the Commissioners Court
of Red River County a certified copy of this order.
