Street Through the Years
Water
Street was the focus of business activity from the early days.
Businesses on the south side were situated on the high bank of the Guadalupe
River. Pioneer businessmen located in that vicinity and the courthouse was
only one block away.

The Charles Schreiner Bank Clock is clearly visible in this
