The purpose of the Society is to bring together persons who are interested in the history of Henderson County, to foster, stimulate and share ideas, information, methods and practices of preserving the history of the county with special emphasis on acquiring and maintaining a museum and other historic buildings.

Membership is open to anyone interested in subscribing to the purpose of the Society, whether living in Henderson County or elsewhere. Dues are $10.00 per year.  Download application here.

HOURS OF OPERATION: The museum is open from 10AM until 3 PM on Friday and Saturday of each week.
GROUP TOURS: For more information concerning group tours, contact the museum.
Admission is free.
