Lois Inez Pinkerton, 91, died November 10, 2011 in Sweetwater, Texas at the Sweetwater Heathcare Center.

Lois was orphaned at the age of two and went to live with Mitchel and Eddie Edwards of Weinert, Texas.  She graduated from Weinert High School in 1940 and lived most of her life in Houston where she was employed by Nifty Paper Company.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Iva (Hunt) Goode; and a brother, Bob Edwards.
Lois is survived by nieces, Estalynn Liles and Lizette Hastey; and nephews, Robert Wright and Blake Liles.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 13, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Weinert under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes of Haskell, Texas.
