Jarrett Bascom Bell was born in Hot
Springs County, Arkansas, made the
trip to Texas with his family and
lived in Rule until his death on
June 17, 1972. Katie was
born in 1881 and died in Rule on
July 25, 1935. Another
good family who contributed to the
growth of Haskell County.
