THE map on the reverse side of this folder
shows the location of all the armed forces of
the United States regularly stationed or in
special training within its borders.
The location of each of the different services are
indicated by distinctive characters, including those
of the Regular Army and Navy, the National Army
(made up of the men secured by draft), the National
Guard, Naval Training Stations, Aero Training
Stations, etc.
There are in addition many posts and stations
which are not specially indicated on the map, but a
knowledge of which may be of more or less general
interest at this time; the lists which follow, therefore,
cover not only all the points specially indicated on
the map, but also, so far as obtainable at this time,
all other posts and stations, such as Arsenals, Maga-
zines, Radio Stations, Hospitals, etc., those not
specially indicated on the map being starred (*) in
the lists.
Telegrams, mail and express should in each case
be sent to the address shown, unless otherwise stated.
The name of the fort, camp or station should always
precede the postofrice, telegraph or express address,
as the case may be. |
