9.  Reverand Jeremiah G. "Jerry" WEBSTER was born in 1831 in Virginia.  He appeared on the census in 1870 in Travis County, Texas.  He was living with his sister.  He appeared on the census in 1870 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  He was also found in this census.  Apparently he moved to Guadalupe just as they were doing their census.  Performed marriages in Guadalupe County, Texas.

 Jeremiah Parent's were sold as property as they got off the boat in Virginia.  Jeremiah was the last child of Eight who all were sold into slavery. Jeremiah was the last and too young to be parted with his mother.  




He was married to Unkown [WEBSTER] before 1859.  Reverand Jeremiah G. "Jerry" WEBSTER and Unkown [WEBSTER] had the following children:

He was married to Mary A. R. ROGERS on 18 Jan 1866 in Guadalupe County, Texas.

He was married to Elizabeth "Lizzie" MCINTYRE (daughter of Unknown MCINTYRE and Violet [MCINTYRE]) on 1 Jul 1869 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  married by County Judge James F. McKee.  Elizabeth "Lizzie" MCINTYRE was born in 1837 in North Carolina.  Elizabeth had a sister George Ann McIntyre born 1850 in North Carolina. George Ann shows up in the 1880 and 1900 Texas Census.  George Ann married Julius Williams on Oct 6 1877.  Reverand Jeremiah G. "Jerry" WEBSTER and Elizabeth "Lizzie" MCINTYRE had the following children:

10.  Reverend Robert D. WEBSTER was born on 30 Dec 1859 in Rancho, Gonzales County, Texas.  He appeared on the census in 1870 in Travis County, Texas.  He appeared on the census in 1890 in Comal County, Texas.  He appeared on the census in 1900 in Comal County, Texas.  He died on 30 Jan 1940 in Lexington, Texas.  He was buried in Gonzales City Cemetery, Gonzales County, Texas.  Bernard Stewart <nightwing1956@msn.com> is researching this family and would like to hear from any descendants.
Reverend Robert Webster moved to Gonzales County, Texas sometime after 1900 and built the Webster AME Chapel.  He was a traveling minister of the south and was one of the FREEMEN.
He died of Influenza


He was married to Florence HARRIS on 24 Feb 1881 in Karnes County, Texas.  Florence HARRIS was born in Jun 1861 in Texas.  She died on 23 Aug 1927 in Brenham, Washington County, Texas.  Cause of death was Indigestion.  She choked to death eating a Lemon
Pie.   She had a sister Queen Harris who married a Williams.  Reverend Robert D. WEBSTER and Florence HARRIS had the following children:

    13    i.    Annie WEBSTER was born on 14 Dec 1882.  She died on 24 Jan 1883.

12.  William "Willie" WEBSTER was born in 1872 in Texas.  He appeared on the census in 1900 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  He appeared on the census in 1910 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  He was with wife Jane (36) and 3 children. Ethel L. (3) was from first marriage, Bettie (9/12)  was his and Jane's and third was a stepson Willie James from Jane's previous marriage.  He appeared on the census in 1920 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  He was living with Wife Bell 32 and two daughters Ethel 12 and Betty 10.  He appeared on the census in 1930 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  He was with wife Belle (1892) age 38 and daughter Susie B. (1913) age 17.

He was married to Charity EVANS on 12 Feb 1897 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  Charity EVANS appeared on the census in 1910 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  She had 4 children.  2 boys and 2 girls.  The only name I could make out was Addie who was 5. WQ  William "Willie" WEBSTER and Charity EVANS had the following children:

    +24    ii.    Ethel Lee WEBSTER.

He was married to Jane PRUITT on 11 Dec 1908 in Texas.  Jane PRUITT was born in 1874 in Texas.  She appeared on the census in 1910 in Guadalupe County, Texas.  Jane was previously married to Unknown James and had a son Willie James who was born in 1902 according to the 1910 census.  William "Willie" WEBSTER and Jane PRUITT had the following children:

FOURTH GENERATION

14.  Alonzo Quincy "Buddy" WEBSTER was born on 16 Feb 1884 in Texas.  He died in 1952 in Kansas City, Kansas.  Cause of death was Alcoholism.  He was buried in Kansas

He was married to Mary BRADFORD on 29 Jun 1943 in Jackson County, Missouri.  Lic #A97378  Mary BRADFORD was born in 1883.  (Marriage License front and back)

17.  Lydia Gertrude WEBSTER was born on 24 Mar 1899 in New Braunfels, Comal County, Texas.  She died on 23 Jan 1996.  Cause of death was old age.

She was married to Randolph HAYWOOD.

18.  Howard Goin WEBSTER was born on 5 Dec 1904 in Gonzales County, Texas.  He died on 5 Oct 1953 in Granger, Williamson County, Texas.  His death certificate listed his mother as Florence Williams.  It said he was married.  He died of bronchopneumonia.  He was buried on 10 Oct 1953 in Granger Colored Cemetery, Granger, Texas.

He was married to Alva Mae MITCHELL (daughter of Robert MITCHELL and Francis WINN) on 2 Aug 1923 in Granger, Williamson County, Texas.  Alva Mae MITCHELL was born in 1902 in Colorado County, Texas.  She died on 11 Jun 1987 in Granger, Williamson County, Texas.  Howard Goin WEBSTER and Alva Mae MITCHELL had the following children:

    27    i.    Robert G.  "Chick" WEBSTER was born on 6 Feb 1924.

She was married to Harry Joseph Porter "Joe" BALL (son of Robert Bob BALL and Ella DUKES).  Harry Joseph Porter "Joe" BALL was born on 19 Feb 1904 in Texas.  He died on 19 Jun 1961 in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas.  His death certificate said he was married and he was a farmer.  He was buried on 22 Jun 1961 in Zion Hill Cemetery, Guadalupe County, Texas.  Bettie Elizabeth "Billie" WEBSTER and Harry Joseph Porter "Joe" BALL had the following children:
