This was taken at the old Richard Hild Homestead in 1932.  The homestead was on Foster Rd just
south if what is now Interstate 10.

Pictured from left to right are Myrtle Dorrow, my grandmothers niece, my grandfather Richard Hild,
my uncle Hugo Bolton,
my grandmother, Clara Rittimann Hild, my great uncle Adolph Hild,
my aunt Linda Hild Bolton, my great aunt Mary Rittimann Hild,
uncle Adolph's wife, Maggie Peters Hild,
great uncle Edwin's wife, great uncle Edwin Hild, my father Alfred Hild, Laura Hild Stratemann,

my uncle Hugo Hild and Eugene Stratemann holding Malcomb Stratemann (baby).
The four children in the front are Edwin and Magaret's (Maggie) kids, Raymond, Harold, Mildred and Clarence.
This was great grandfather Carl and grandmothers Wilhermina's fifthieth wedding anaversary.

Notice the up-to-date car parked there. I have no idea what kind of car it was.

Uncle Adolph owned a filling station/beer joint named Four Points Tavern at the interesction of Foster Rd
and old Highway 90,
now Interstate 10, what is now the Flying J truck stop. The Stratemann's lived and farmed
just behind it.
