    I, R. J. Burges, tax Collector of Guadalupe county, state of Texas, hereby give public notice that I will sell in manner prescribed by law at public auction to the highest bidder for cash , at the court house door in Seguin, on the 3rd day of March, A. D., 1891, it being the first Tuesda;y in said month between the hours of 10 o'clock am and 4 p.m. continuing, if necessary, from day to day till finished so much as may be necessary of the following described tracts and parcels of land lying in said count, the owners of which are deliquent for non payment of the sstate and county taxes for the year 1890 to the amount of said taxes and all penalties and cost thereon, which tracts, lots and parcels of lands have been levied upon by me:
