Births before 1926 will not be available from the Texas Department of State Health Services due to the fact that Marriage Applications were not filed with the State offices until 1926.  Therefore, the birth record may be obtained from the Goliad County Clerk's and District Clerk's Office, possibly a church, bible records, or other entity.
