HOFF,  CLARENCE L.

 

From The Victoria Advocate Obit--Clarence L. Hoff, Goliad, Clarence L. "Cammie" Hoff, 79, of Goliad died Thursday, Sept. 15, 1994. He was born Oct. 22, 1915, in Goliad to the late William and Serena Albrecht Hoff. He was a lifelong rancher and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Survivors: wife, Georgia A. Hoff; sons, Carol G. Hoff, Bobby W. Hoff and William "Craig" Hoff, all of Goliad; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by brothers, Roland Hoff, Nelson Hoff and Elwood Hoff. Services: 2:30 p.m. Sunday, St. John's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Tim Meuhibrad officiating. Burial: Glendale Cemetery, Colonial Funeral Home, Goliad, 645-3216. Memorials; St. John's Lutheran Church or Goliad EMS.

 

HORNEY,  ESTELLA 

 

From Victoria Advocate OBIT: Estella Horney, 76, of Victoria, died Monday, Feb. 4, 1991, in a local hospital. A prayer service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Colonial Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. James Carlson officiating. Burial will be in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. She was born Oct. 6, 1914, in Ander, to the late A. J. "Lonnie" and Laura Jacobs Hoff. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, The Raisin-Coletoville Home Extension Club and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Horney married at Immaculate Conception Church, Goliad, TX.; and two sisters, Bernice Adickes and Vera Thelma Hoff. Pallbearers will be Gary Dement, Donald Ohrt, Fred Schneider, Dwane Bruns, Jack Foss and Jon Adickes. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Growth Fund or the American Cancer Society.
