The First Pentecostal Church was established early in the year of 1931 with two pioneer residents of Harper being primarily responsible for making this possiable.

The Lot for the church was donated by the late Charlie Roberts, and the frame building was erected on it largely throught the generous contributions of Mrs. Trecy Tobin.

The Church was deditcated on March 23, 1931 with Reverend Hug L. Watson of Montana as the first pastor.
