Home of W. S. Compton

Contributed by: Mike Bonner

Two views of the home constructed by William Scott and Angelina Compton at Dew before 1853.
One is an early view of an arbor. The other shows the family of George Walton and Mattie Compton White on the porch.
The home still stands and belongs to descendants.
