Fender of Whitewright; burial Rose Lawn Cem.; born Pontotoc Co., Miss, 29 Sept. 1848; to Texas 1869 with brothers & sisters to near Kentucky Town, Grayson Co.; 31 Dec. 1874 married to Dr. Holmes of Pilot Grove; lived there til Dec. 1882; survivors: husband, 2 daughters, Mrs. Pearl Connelly of Trenton & Mrs. W.N. Lemmon of Manila, Phillipine Islands; and 4 sons Gus, Tom, & Fred of
Trenton and W.C., Jr. of Mannsville, Okla. (Her stone was moved along with other family members from the Rose Lawn Cemetery, their family cemetery to Burns Cemetery in Trenton when the highways came through)

Morrison, died at home of daughter Mrs. Dixie Saunders last Friday; body to Telephone for burial beside 2 children:  services Baptist minister of Telephone; husband is paralyzed; native of Talladega Co., Ala.; lived in Fannin 37 yrs; in Bonham last 4 yrs.;surviviors:  3 sons & 3 daughters; daughter Mrs. Turnman of Dallas attended;. a daughter of Okla. and a son of Lamar Co. not attending.

Keen; burial Randolph; survivors:  husband, 2 daughters, 1 son; Baptist.  July 8, card of Thanks from J.A. Pickens and Mamie Pickens. (She was Mary Pickens, buried in the Lindsey Cemetery)
