buried Everhart cemetery, n.w. of Whitewright; father of T.W. Ayers

Lamasco died 29 Oct; buried at Owens Chapel; services Rev. R.W.
Tarpley; age 43; member Missionary Baptist church; survivors:  one
baby & several children, husband (Nov 6 entry gives date Oct. 30)
(her name was either Emmer or Emma)

Johnson died last week.  Lamasco column: he was of Telephone, died
Oct. 24, buried Forrest Grove

would have been 100 on 17th; died Mapelwood, Missouri; mother of 8;
son J.C. Finney of Bonham

Patrick Fitzgerald died yesterday at home of daughter, Mrs. Jessie
Bell (Mrs. J.W. Bell) in Savoy, age about 85; buried Willow Wild
Cem.; father of county clerk Jno. T. Fitzerald; resident of county
over 50 yrs.;  3 Nov:  resident of county since 1844; son-in-law J.W.
Bell; services Rev. J. Sam Barcus; 1st Methodist Church; born 2 May
1830, Miss.; came 1844 with father: Garrett Fitzgerald; married 1852
Miss Emily Downing; 12 children-6 living:  Mrs. J.W. Carter of Pauls
Valley, Okla; Mrs. J.W. Allen and Mrs. W.E. Boyd of Bonham; Mrs. J.S.
Ramsey of Sherman; Lon H. of Sherman; W.A. & Jno. T. of Bonham;
joined Confederacy.

died Mon., 26 Oct., buried Gum Springs; born 31 May 1861, Jefferson
Co., Ala.; daughter of James Smith; member Free Will Baptist; married
J.P. McVay 14 Nov 1888; 3 children  (2 deceased); M.C. McVay only
heir, aged 21;  Carson Column:  Mrs. Pinkney McVay of Center Grove

W. Erskine Williams, buried Pioneer Rest Cem.; born Tenn. 1835;
educated Marshall Institute in Miss.; married Rev. E.J. Williams,
Methodist minister, 1858; to Fort Worth 1887;  survivors:  3
children, W.E. of Ft. Worth; Rev. E.P. Williams at Mexia; Mrs. J. Sam
Barcus, wife of pastor of Methodist church of Bonham; Mrs. M.F.
Barcus-sister of Waco M. White.
