PERRY
Ralph L. passed away April 10, 1998. He was born January 15, 1912 at Milford, TX.
Ralph graduated from Ravenna High School (Texas) in 1919, and went on to earn a
Business (sic) degree from Brantley Draughon Business College. He accepted a position
with the Civil Service in 1940 at Randolph Field, San Antonio, TX and was subsequently transferred to Enid, OK. In 1942, Ralph was called upon for active military service in
1943 and served honorably during World War II in the European theatre. He was
discharged in 1946 and returned to Oklahoma to continue his civil served career at
Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, where he retired in 1970 after 30 years of
dedicated service. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents (Dock F. Perry and Floy
Hasten and one sister (Lola Gertrude Perry Price Bostick). He is survived by his wife
of sixty-four years, Rose, his son, Don Perry of Edmond; daughter-in-law, Nina Perry
of Edmond; grandson, Keith Millett of Lincoln, ILL; and two brothers, George Perry
and Raymond Perry of Ravenna, TX. The family wishes to express our heartfelt thanks
and gratitude to the many caregivers of Columbia Edmond Medical Center for their
concern and care. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 13,
1998, at Baggerley Greenlawn Funeral Home in Oklahoma City with burial at Rose
Hill Cemetery on North Pennsylvania in Oklahoma City.
