Windom, Texas - Funeral services for Timothy Merril Prater, age 38 of Windom, Texas will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, Texas.  Rev. Emory Banker will officiate.  Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery.

Mr. Prater passed away Sunday, May 9, 2004 at his residence in Windom.

Timothy Merril Prater is survived by his wife, Joan Prater of Windom, Texas; son, Benjamin Chadwick, daughter, Sarah LeeAnn Prater both of Windom, Texas; parents, Merril and Frances Prater of Telephone, Texas; brother, Mark Prater and wife, Donna Prater of Telephone, Texas; sister, Kimmie Shelton and husband, Norman Shelton of Telephone, Texas; sister, Peggy Prater and friend Mikel Eachus; grandmother, Estelle Prater of Durant, Oklahoma.

Family visitation will be held from 7:00 to 8:00 Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home.
