Unknown Dupree Family Member (* note from Susan- This photograph is the type made in the period of the late 1860's to early 1880's. It is my opinion that this may easily be Jim Dupree b. in 1827-due to three facts- the family still has the picture (could this be one of the treasures of the apparent photo album that this lady is lovingly holding? ) 2. He bears a similar face and features to his sons who are listed on this page. 3. The age period of the photograph. I probably am wrong but it is a feeling I can't shake when I see him. |
This is believed to be William Dupree and first wife Maggie Haltmon or Eldon Dupree and wife. |
