Dearest Mother,
     Just a word to let you know I have arrived K.O. in the U.S. once more. Had a very nice trip all the way up from Corinto. Came in on airplane carrier, U.S.S. Langley.
Pretty good ship for a transport, and I don't mean hun!
     Not near so cold as I expected it to be., but I like it just as it is. Don't know yet whether I will stay here until I am discharged or not, but it doesn't make so much difference where I go about all the same, All for now. Love always,
