F.D. DUNCAN
Savoy - F.D. (Frank) Duncan, 76 of Savoy, died Thursday, June 17, 1993 at
the Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.
   Funeral services will be Saturday, June 19, 1993 at 3:30 P.M., in the
Mullican-Little Funeral Home Chapel.  The Rev. Houston Garner will officiate
and burial will be in the Carson Cemetery in Ector.
   Mr. Duncan was born September 29, 1916 in Bishop, Tx;  the son of Jeff
Duncan and Clara Kincaid Duncan.  He married Josephine Thrasher on October
4, 1963 in Rockwall.  He was a retired mail contractor and a member of the
Baptist faith.
   He is survived by his wife, Joseph Duncan of the home; sons David Duncan
of Santa Maria and Jerry Duncan of Dallas; step-daughter, Ruth Crosley of
San Diego; step-daughter, Brenda and Jeff Duncan of Bakersville; eight
grandchildren, ten step-grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
   The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the
Mullican-Little funeral Home. (researcher's note:  Frank's widow, Joseph
Argenia Blanton Thrasher Duncan was the daughter of William Newton "Billy"
Blanton and Mary Ethel King.
