New Boston, Texas- Courthouse

The original of this page that was sent to me is lacking the first part of the article , however it contained good information:
It appears to be addressing the land for the courthouse above and title to it.

Park, Never let it go to an outside individual. With a copy of the deed we have  all the proof without a county seat the land goes back to the family members.
In 1922, at age 40, Quincy’s son “Babe” shot himself! Don’t know why? The family took him home to Ladonia, Texas for burial in the Ladonia Cemetery. After another tragedy, death of Lawrence, he had been so distraught he got confused turning in family information for the death certificate; some family members said it was a broken heart. Quincy suffered “Cardiac failure” and die din Dallas at 11:55 a.m. 3 Mar 1932 at age 82. He was buried next to “Babe” in the Ladonia Cemetery 5 March 1932. The Ladonia Cemetery Association doesn’t have a record of his burial but the death certificate states it, and family members attended the burial and remember the location.
