Charley Shaw was born in Fannin County to Willis Nathaniel and Nancy Myrtle Henson Shaw. He lived in Ladonia most of his life with the exception of time he served in the Army during WW11, and traveling he did with his trade of asbestos work.
He is buried in the Ladonia Cemetery
