She married H.C. Robinson on Aug. 21, 1937, in Bonham. // Mrs. Robinson came to Odessa from in 1963 from Hobbs, N.M. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church. // She is survived by her husband, H.C. Robinson of Odessa; four sons,Troy Robinson of Hobbs. Larry Robinson of Arlington, Harry Robinson of Grand Prairie and Ricky Robinson of Odessa. .-- [sic a fifth son, Earl Marion Robinson, was not named in the obituary.] --; three daughters, Mary Lou Davis of Odessa and Maudie Campbell- and Debra Duncan, both of Midland; two sisters, Faye Chenault of Plainview and Ora Lee Murray (sic) of Snyder, 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one grat-great-grandchild. LEWIS E. CHENNAULT - Odessa - Services for Lewis E. Chennault, 65, of 1319 W. 12th St., Odessa, are scheduled for 11 a.m.
Friday at Taylor Funeral Home in Leonard. Burial will be at Valley Creek Cemetery, with local arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. // Mr. Chennault died Monday at Medical Center Hospital. // He was born March 14, 1916, in Leonard, and married Fay Blanton, Oct. 31, 1959, in Hobbs, N.M. He was a member of Free Will Baptist Church and was a maintenance man for Hobbs school district. // Survivors other than his wife include a daughter, Billie Jane Millsap of Leonard; two sons, Jerry Chennault of Leonard and Dale Chennault; five sisters, Maggie Bernett and Edda Martin, both of Leoanrd, Inez Hunt of Bonham, Lucile Bilyon and
Lorene Preddy, both of Dallas; a brother, Caylor Chennault of Cove; and two grandchildren. (researcher's note: Fay Ola Blanton was the widow of Frank McFarland when she married Lewis Chennault. Fay was the daughter of Marion T. Blanton and his 1st wife Josephine Argenia Mathews. There is some dispute about the maiden surname of Josephine Mathews Blanton; some say her maiden name was Meathis while others claim her maiden name was Mathis. Fay's sister Era Blanton McBride claimed her mother's maiden name was Mathews and that is the name used by many members of this family on the death certificates of the
children of Marion T. Blanton.)

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. // Mr. Robinson died Aug. 27, 1997, in Odessa. He was born July 4, 1920, in Bonham. He married Gracie Mae Blanton Aug. 21, 1937, in Bonham. She died March 5, 1995. // Mr. Robinson came to Odessa in 1964 from Hobbs, N.M. He retired from Yale E. Key Well Service 10 years ago. He attended Faith Tabernacle Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Earl M. Robinson. // Survivors include his sons, Ricky Robinson of Odessa, Troy Robinson of Hobbs, N.M. Harry Robinson of Houma, La, and Larry Robinson of Arlington; daughters, Maudie Campbell of Midland, Mary L. Davis of Odessa and Debbie Duncan of Midland; brothers, E.B. Robinson of Lamasco and Riley Robinson of Denison; sister Juanita Kizer of Bonham; 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great
