Clemmie Sealy Rainey

At Dorothy's Cafe, the Rainey's get 7:30 Pm coffie from Mrs. Jerry Holt.

Folks at the First Baptist Church on Sunday nights know just when 7:30 pm comes around. At the precise moment, Mrs. Rainey leaves church to take up her job at City Hall.
So far, this unusual watchman hasn't had to use her revolver with the fancy yellow handles. But if things get dull at home - after gardening, housework, and tending to the chickens - she shoots at a can in the back yard. Results show that Mrs. Rainey is really a sharpshooter.
"I've never been afraidof the dark or anything else in my life", Mrs. Rainey said. " The only thing I ever ran from was a skunk - and it was the four-legged kind".
