Harper, W. A---Forgery.  Age 28 years; height 5 feet 10 inches; weight 150 pounds; color white; complexion fair; eyes blue; hair light.

Steel, J. M.---Conversion of watch and chain.  Age 35 years; height 6 feet, weight 180 pounds; color white; complexion red; eyes blue; hair red; occupation horse trader.

Milliken, J. D. ---Conversion of watch and chain.  age 35; color white.

Hulsey, John--Theft of horse.  Age 32 years height 5 feet 10 inches; weight 160 pounds; color white; complexion light; eyes blue; hair auburn; occupation thief.  Left eye thought to be out; has scar on back of left hand.

Fleming, Frank---Theft of hogs.  Age 19 years; height 5 feet 11 inches; weight 180 pounds; color white; complexion light; eyes blue; hair light; occupation laborer.

Williams, R. Mack---Disposing of mortgaged property.  Color white.

Miller, Bruce---Assult to rape; age 20 years; height 5 feet 8 inches; color white

Pyle, Henry---Theft of horse.  Age 24; height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 165 pounds; color black; complexion black; hair kinky; occupation farmer.

King, George---Theft of over $20; color white.

Dota, Ery---Robbery.  Age 18 years; height 5 feet 9 inches; color white; complexion dark; eyes black; hair black; occupation laborer.  Has black freckles on his face and blue gums like a negro.

Partain, Monk---Theft of horse.  Age 23 years; height 5 feet 10 inches; color white; complexion dark; eyes black; hair black; occupation farmer.  Has whining voice and snaps his eyes when talking.

The negro, Arna Bello, reported in 1889 has been captured.
