She first married to Phillip Mulkey.  He died during Civil War, but not in battle.

Charles Barton

Husband of Annie Derden. They married in Ellis County. I'm not certain he is actually buried Myrtle, the family says yes, but I think the lots were bought when Susan died in 1910. Story here is that after his death, the family learned that his real name was Ora Eugene Bigelow from Ohio, with a wife and children.

Oldest child of Reuben and Susan Derden

John was the olny child of Charles Barton and Annie Derden.

Lucille is the only child of John Raymond Barton. I knew Lucille for over 30 years, but never asked her if Charles Barton was actually buried in Myrtle Cemetery. Her two daughters, who I am still in contact with, say yes.
