Hesser Drug Co.

This picture of downtown Ennis probably is from about 1940. The business in the forground, Hesser Drug Company, was owned for many years by Robert W. Hesser, a life-long Ennis resident. Under different ownership, the business continues to operate. Two other postcards on this page also include the building which Hesser Drug occupies. Since one of those postcards is from about 1905, the building, at this time, is approximately 100 years old.
